FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of face portions of a housing and handle assembly for latch and lock showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view thereof, taken along line 4--4 shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a front perpspective view thereof, with the slide handles shown in an alternate position;

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view thereof, taken along line 6--6 shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view thereof, taken along line 7--7 shown in FIG. 5.
