FIG. 1 is a perspective view from a front, upper, and right position of a handle and control panel embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof from a front, lower, and right position.

The top, bottom, and rear of the handle and control panel are plain and unornamented.

The broken line showing of a rotating laser is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
