FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of the front and a portion of the sides thereof, it being understood that the exploded perspective view of the rear and a portion of the sides would be identical; and,

FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of the front and a portion of the sides thereof, it being understood that the exploded perspective view of the rear and a portion of the sides would be identical.
