FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a hair dressing cutting tool made according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is an underside perspective view thereof; FIG. 3 is an underside plan view thereof; FIG. 4 is a front end view thereof; FIG. 5 is an inverted side elevational view thereof; FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and, FIG. 7 is a rear end elevational view thereof.

The ornamental design for a hair dressing cutting tool, substantially as shown and described.
