FIG. 4 is a reduced scale bottom plan view of the back plate with swivel plate omitted for clarity; and,
FIG. 5 is a reduced scale top perspective view thereof, with the swivel plane aligned with the back plate for clarity.

The ornamental design for a swivel assembly for back-pack mounted equipment, as shown and described.
