Description

The nature and intended use of the article being an ornamental design to permit tools to be carried while allowing the use of both hands.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the portable tool bag of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view of the portable tool bag of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view of the portable tool bag of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view of the portable tool bag of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the portable tool bag of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the portable tool bag of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a top, front, right side perspective view of the portable tool bag, wherein the cover is shown in an alternate position.

The ornamental design for a portable tool bag, as shown and described.
