FIG. 2 is a top, left and rear view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged right side view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged left side view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged front view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged rear view of the design of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged top view of the design of FIG. 1.

A portion of the mast is shown broken away in FIGS. 1-6 to indicate indeterminate length.

The ornamental design for a counterbalance lift truck, as shown and described.
