FIG. 1 is the front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 2 is the back elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front perspective view thereof, with panels swiveled to be in an alternate position;

FIG. 4 is a back elevational view of FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of FIG. 3, the bottom plan view being a mirror image.

The ornamental design for a fluorescent lamp and screen, as shown and described.
