Description

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a cheesecake in a cone, showing my new design, where the cheesecake is shown with the consistency of a cheesecake as opposed to the consistency of ice cream, frozen yogurt, or other frozen dessert, the cheesecake including sprinkles;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear, left side, and right side elevational views being substantially identical thereto;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front perspective view of a second embodiment of the invention, substantially similar to FIG. 1, in which the cheesecake includes a powdered topping; and,

FIG. 6 is a front perspective view of a third embodiment of the invention, substantially similar to FIG. 1, in which the cheesecake includes no topping.

The broken lines shown are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a cheesecake in a cone, as shown and described.
