The broken lines showing the bib throughout the views throughout the views is intended to illustrate environment, and do not form any part of the claimed design. The broken, substantially perpendicular lines, in FIGS. 1, 6, 7, 12, 13, 18, 19, and 24 represent the boundary between claimed and unclaimed subject matter, and also form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines shown on the claimed portion of the design are understood to represent stitching.

Claims

I claim the ornamental design for a teether bib, as shown and described.
