FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pole apparatus for hanging intravenous bags and other similar devices showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken line showing of environmental structure in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a pole apparatus for hanging intravenous bags and other similar devices, as shown and described.
