FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view taken along lines 2—2 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an elevational view of a first end thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an elevational view of a second end thereof.
