Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a fence rail showing a first embodiment of the design of the present invention, the opposite rear elevational view being identical.

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view of the fence rail shown in FIG. 1, the opposite right side elevational view being identical.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the fence rail shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the fence rail shown in FIG. 1.

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of a fence rail showing a second embodiment of the design of the present invention.

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the fence rail shown in FIG. 5.

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view of a fence rail showing a third embodiment of the design of the present invention.

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view of the fence rail shown in FIG. 7.

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of the fence rail shown in FIG. 7.

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view of the fence rail shown in FIG. 7, and,

FIG. 11 is a bottom plan view of a fence rail showing a fourth embodiment of the design of the present invention.

The front, rear, left side and right side elevational views of the second embodiment are identical to the corresponding views of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.

The left side elevational and right side elevational views of the third embodiment are identical to the corresponding views of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2.

The front and rear elevational views of the fourth embodiment are identical to the corresponding views of the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. The left side elevational, right side elevational and top plan views of the fourth embodiment are identical to the corresponding views of the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 5.

The fence rail has been shown fragmentarily in the elevational views to indicate indeterminate length.

Claims

The ornamental design for a fence rail, as shown and described.
