FIG. 2 is a rear starboard perspective view of an outboard motor cowl showing my new design with other portions of the outboard motor shown by dashed lines;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a starboard side view of an outboard motor cowl showing my design;

FIG. 6 is a port side view of an outboard motor cowl showing my design; and,

FIG. 7 is a top view thereof.
