FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a portable external defibrillator, showing our new design, with the top lid in closed position;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof; and,
FIG. 7 is a front view thereof, with the top lid in open position.

Claims
What is claimed is an ornamental design for a portable external defibrillator, as shown and described herein.
