FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view thereof, as indicated in the section line 4—4 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view thereof, as indicated in the section line 5—5 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view thereof, as indicated in the section line 6—6 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view thereof, as indicated in the section line 7—7 in FIG. 1;
