Description

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a CD case showing my new design, the broken lines showing the latch showing the portion of the design that forms no part of the claim:

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image.

The outermost broken line around the unclaimed latch in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, define the boundary of the design. The broken lines and the areas within, form no part of the claim.

Claims

I claim the design for a CD case, as shown and described herein.
