FIG. 5 is a side view of motor unit attached to blower unit;

FIG. 6 is a view from above and one side of motor unit attached to blower unit;

FIG. 7 is a view from underneath and one side of motor unit attached to blower unit;

FIG. 8 is a view from above and in front of motor unit attached to blower unit;

FIG. 9 is a rear view of motor unit attached to blower unit;

The blower-vacuum devise comprises a motor unit, a blower unit and a vacuum unit. The blower unit and the vacuum unite are interchangeably attachable to the motor unit. A bag portion of the vacuum unit is flexible.

The ornamental design for a blower vacuum device, as shown and described.
