FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the front, top and left side thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the front, top and right side thereof.

We claim the ornamental design for a motorcycle license plate cover, as shown and described.
