Description

FIG. 1 is an environmental perspective view of a license plate frame showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an environmental front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view with the left side being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof with the bottom view being a mirror image thereof.

The broken line showing of the indicia on the license plate is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a license plate frame, as shown and described.
