FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 4.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view similar to FIG. 1 with the handle being in a raised operative position.

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of FIG. 7.

FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 8.

FIG. 10 is a top plan view of FIG. 8.

FIG. 11 is a left side elevational view of FIG. 10; and,

FIG. 12 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 10.

The broken line showing of the lower body portion of the security device is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental subject matter and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a housing and handle for a cable security device, as shown and described.
