FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross sectional side view thereof taken along line 4—4 of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 8 is an enlarged cross sectional end view taken along line 5—5 of FIG. 1.

An ornamental design for a pregnancy test device, as shown and described.
