The application relates to the design of a plastic sleeve suitable for displaying a photograph, picture or other piece of art with means of attachment to a shoe or other article of clothing, consisting of two pieces of plastic, at least the front piece of which is clear, which are attached to one another on three sides. The front piece of plastic is longer than the back, such that the portion of the front piece which is longer than the back piece can be folded over the back piece to secure the photograph, picture, or card in the sleeve and to protect it from rain, water, dirt or other elements. On the back of the card are two anchors, from which elastic bands with terminal hooks extend. The hooks are designed to hook into shoelaces, grommets, and edges of shoes and other clothing and accessories, thereby allowing a user of the invention to affix the plastic sleeve in a variety of locations. The unique design and appearance of this device are illustrated in the drawings.
