Ovalized concrete lift hook block-out tube cover and cap

Description

The article is intended for use with a concrete block-out tube situate with in a pre-cast concrete form or structure that will provide an ovalized block-out tube cap for covering the opening existing at the block-out tube end.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an ovalized concrete lift hook block-out tube cover and cap of my new design having opposing parabola shaped arcuate ends;

FIG. 2 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is an end view thereof.
