Description

The present design relates to a manual hand tool for light demolition and renovation work. The tool has a planar primary face having notched at an end distal to a handle, and a leverage frame thereunder so as to provide a fulcrum on which the tool can rotate thereby providing much lifting force at the end of the tool.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view from above of the renovation tool of the present design.

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view of the renovation tool of the present design.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the renovation tool of the present design; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the renovation tool of the present design.

The broken line showing of the handle in FIG. 1 is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.
