FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the shaft for a medical instrument in accordance with the new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of a shaft for a medical instrument of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top elevational view of a shaft for a medical instrument of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a bottom elevational view of a shaft for a medical instrument of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a front end elevational view of a shaft for a medical instrument of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear end elevational view of a shaft for a medical instrument of FIG. 1.
