FIG. 1 is a front view of the preferred embodiment of the holder incorporatng my new design with the top, bottom and rear views being identical thereto;

FIG. 2 is a left end view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right end view thereof;

FIG. 4 is the same view as FIG. 1 only showing the inner tube partially withdrawn from the outer tube thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front view of an alternate embodiment of the holder incorporating my new design with the top, bottom and rear views being identical thereto and with the left end view being identical to FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 6 is a right end view of the holder of FIG. 5.
