Description

FIG. 1 is a front right side perspective view of the combination dress shirt and t-shirt according to the present invention with the dress shirt being worn on the front of the person, the person illustrated by dashed lines and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is side elevational view of the combination dress shirt and t-shirt according to FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a back, perspective view of the combination dress shirt and t-shirt according to FIG. 1 with the t-shirt being shown worn on the back of a person;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the combination dress shirt and t-shirt along line 44 of FIG. 2, the thickness of the material being exaggerated in this view in order to show the three different materials used in the manufacture of the combination dress shirt and t-shirt;

FIG. 5 is a front perspective view of the combination dress shirt and t-shirt according to FIG. 1 with the t-shirt being shown worn on the front of a persons; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear perspective view of the combination dress shirt and t-shirt according to FIG. 1 with the t-shirt being shown worn on the front of a person.

The broken line showing of a person and a rectangular patch with writing in it is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a combination dress shirt and t-shirt, as shown and described.
