FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a towel bar showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a right end view thereof, the opposite end being a mirror image of the end shown.

The broken-line disclosure of a portion of the towel bar is understood to be part of the article in which the claimed design is embodied, but which forms no part of the claimed design. The remaining portions of the towel bar shown broken-away are understood to indicate unclaimed length.
