FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the airflow sensor of the present invention for use with a cannula;

FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of a second embodiment of the airflow sensor of the present invention for use with a cannula;

FIG. 3 shows a front view of the airflow sensor of the present invention;

FIG. 4 shows a front view of the airflow sensor of the second embodiment;

FIG. 5 shows a top view of the airflow sensor of the present invention;

FIG. 6 shows a top view of the airflow sensor of the second embodiment;

FIG. 7 shows a bottom view of the airflow sensor of the present invention;
