FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a rail mounting apparatus showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3. Is a back elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken line showing of portions of the rail mounting apparatus and a rail mount for a rifle or machine gun in FIG. 1 is included for the purpose of illustrating environment and forms no part of the claimed design.
