FIG. 1 is a front, top and right side perspective view of a ultrasound diagnosis apparatus showing our new design;

FIG. 3 is a rear side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a left side elevational view thereof.

The broken lines indicate portions of the ultrasound diagnosis apparatus which form no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for an ultrasound diagnosis apparatus, as shown and described.
