FIG. 1 is an isometric view of the dental instrument sleeve of this invention, the element shown in broken lines being environmental structure forming no part of the design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view, the side opposite being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is an end view, the end opposite being a mirror image thereof.
