FIG. 2 is a side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a second end view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken line disclosure of a display portion and a circular outer end portion is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a hand-held current sensing device, as shown and described.
