The inventor considers that all surfaces hidden by either parts of the claimed design or unclaimed elements, surfaces or surface treatments shown in dotted or dotted/dashed lines are generally flat surfaces or surfaces having no particular configuration other than the configuration expected from the underlying surface hidden by such parts of the claimed design or unclaimed elements, surfaces or surface treatments considering the configuration of the other surfaces surrounding such parts of the claimed design or unclaimed elements, surfaces or surface treatments.
