Description

This application claims priority from U.S. patent application Ser. No. 29/400,281, filed on Aug. 25, 2011, which claims priority from U.S. patent application Ser. No. 13/088,793, filed on Apr. 18, 2011, the entireties of which are expressly incorporated by reference herein.

The ornamental design for a hand dryer and basin, substantially as shown and described.
