FIG. 4 is an elevational end view as seen from the left in FIG. 2, the abbreviation “REC” being disclaimed;

FIG. 5 is an elevational end view as seen from the right in FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 6 is a side view as seen from below in FIG. 2, the side view as seen from above being identical.
