Description

The sole FIGURE is a front view of a wiping substrate showing our new design.

The broken line surrounding the design represents the boundaries of the wiping substrate. The broken line inside the boundaries of the design represents an unclaimed portion of the wiping substrate. The broken lines form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a wiping substrate, as shown and described.
