Description

FIG. 1 is an isometric view from the upper right front of an eagle insignia badge for a lift truck or the like, including a first embodiment of my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is an isometric view from the upper right front of an eagle insignia badge for a lift truck or the like including a second embodiment of my new design;

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 14 is a rear side elevational view thereof.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1, 2, 8, and 9, outlining the eagle shape of the front layer of the badge, and the broken lines outlining the front layer of the badge in FIGS. 3-6 and 10-13 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design. The thickness of the rear layer of the insignia badge as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3-6 is shown foreshortened as represented by generally wavy parallel broken lines which are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design, as no specific thickness of either layer is claimed as a part of the design.

The eagle shape of the front layer of the insignia badge, as shown outlined in broken line in FIGS. 2 and 9, is part of a trademark of Cascade Corporation, an Oregon corporation.

The ornamental design for an eagle insignia badge for a lift truck or the like, as shown and described.
