FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 7 is bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof, wherein the shift lever adapter is shown in the context in which it is intended to be used.

The broken lines shown in the drawings illustrate environmental structure for the shift lever adapter that forms no part of the claimed design.
