FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a double track mounting rail for solar panels embodying the new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof; the back view is the mirror image of the front view and is not separately depicted;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof; the right side view is the mirror image of the left side view and is not separately depicted;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof.
