The broken lines completing the circle in FIGS. 1 and 3 represent perforations of the claimed design while all other broken lines are directed to environment and are for illustrative purposes only; these broken lines form no part of the claimed design. The perforations shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 (completing the circle that is the coin) allow the coin to be easily separated from the business card. The coin can also be attached to the card as in FIG. 5, for example, wherein the coin is easily removed from the card.

The ornamental design for a combined business card and a coin, as shown and described.
