In the first embodiment, the appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 through7. In the second embodiment, the appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 8 through 13. In the third embodiment, the appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 14 through 21. In the fourth embodiment, the appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 22 through 29. In the fifth embodiment, the appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 30 through 35. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1-35 represent portions of the display screen portion with an animated graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen portion with an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
