FIG. 1 is a side perspective view of a strainer assembly of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a side view of a strainer assembly depicted in FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is an alternate side view of a strainer assembly depicted in FIGS. 1 through 2, rotated about a substantially horizontal axis from the view depicted in FIG. 2.

The present invention is a strainer assembly used in cooking and food preparation including, without limitation, for straining grease, or other liquids, from food into a container and then pouring the remaining strained food into a separate vessel.
