FIG. 2 is a left side perspective view of the design, the right side perspective view being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a front perspective view of the design;

FIG. 5 is a right side view of the design, the left side view being identical thereto;

FIG. 6 is a left side view of the design, the right side view being identical thereto;

FIG. 7 is a bottom right perspective view of the design, the bottom left perspective being identical thereto;

The ornamental design for a dual angle display stand for portable electronic devices, as shown and described.
