FIG. 1 is a top, front and left side perspective view of a combined housing and lever for a gas cylinder valve, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top, left, rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view thereof.

The broken lines shown in the figures are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the combined housing and lever for a gas cylinder and form no part of the claimed design.
