Description

FIG. 1 is the first image of a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a third image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a fourth image thereof.

The peripheral dot-dash broken lines illustrate a display screen or portion thereof which forms no part of the claimed design. The dashed broken lines within the peripheral dot-dash broken lines represent portions of the graphical user interface which form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the animated graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The dot-dot-dash lines of the graphical user interface represent a symbolic break in horizontal dimension. The appearance of any portion of the graphical user interface between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
