Description

The outer edge of the portion of the display screen is understood to be congruent with the outer edge of the graphical user interface. The diagonal lines in FIG. 1 represent a contrasting appearance. The broken lines in FIGS. 1 and 2 showing text, words, numbers, symbols, and other shapes in the graphical user interface form no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface, as shown and described.
