Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image in the sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image in the sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third image in the sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface; and,

FIG. 4 is a front view of a fourth image in the sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface.

The broken line showings of the display device in all FIGS. and hand with concentric circles in FIG. 2 are included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure; the broken line showing of the display screen and portions of the graphical user interface in all FIGS. are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the article; all broken lines form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
