Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen for medical information management apparatus with graphical user interface showing a first embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged partial view of FIG. 1, shown for clarity of illustration; and,

FIG. 3 is a front view of a second embodiment of a display screen for medical information management apparatus with graphical user interface.

The broken line showing of the display screen is included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the display screen for medical information management apparatus with graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design. The perimeters of the underlying portion of the display screen and the graphical user interface are understood to be flush.
